Port Lincoln Caravan Park SA

Port Lincoln is located on the Eyre peninsula in South Australia, and is known for its famous seafood trail along the coast all the way to the border town of Ceduna on the Nullabor.

The Port Lincoln caravan park is rated 4 star and is situated along the foreshore of Port Lincoln. A basic caravan park with a small playground camp kitchen and amenities in a great location in town.

This was my favourite place to stay here because it had its own private little jetty that was walking distance to our Caravan. Every morning I would wake up super early grab my rod, hand line, bait and knife and I head off for a fishing session. It was a simple Caravan park but this feature was all i needed to enjoy my stay here.

I remembered that one day I ran out of bait so I decided to just practice dropping my hand line in which had a small hook on the end and to my suppose i actually caught a baby Flathead just on the hook. This was a Win Win for me, but i did let the little flipper go as he was undersize.

Being able to wake up in the morning and enjoy going fishing 20 meters away from my caravan was such a privilege which brought me so much joy, I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Port Lincoln especially if you love to fish.

I can’t wait to get back there and do it again.
